Item Condition: 

Unless otherwise stated, the items I sell are preowned. Preowned items may have fine marks and scratches. If there is damage it will be described and pictured. Clasps work unless otherwise stated. Earring backers are included only if pictured.  

Shipping:  

Please allow 3 Business days (excludes Saturdays and Sundays) for your item to Ship. If you need an item shipped in a certain time from you must contact me before purchasing to make sure I can accommodate you. Items purchased for over $50 are insured. 

International Shipping: Please do not ask me to falsify custom forms. 

Messages: 

Please allow 48hrs for a response, especially if your message is sent on a weekend.  

Returns: 

We do not accept returns. Under no circumstances will we offer a partial discount.
